Exploring a Controversial Topic In Your CPE Essay
Exploring a Controversial Topic In Your CPE EssayFor the most part, most cpe essay topics revolve around legal issues. Legal topics are great topics for academic writing because they get a lot of attention and are usually somewhat familiar to students. However, there are a few cases where an outside-the-box approach is warranted to make the topic more interesting to students. There are many legal topics that include professional opinions. The most popular of these is the 'experience of others' essay topic. Students will hear a lot of personal stories from other students, but they rarely have firsthand experience of something. Professional opinions such as this tend to be more complex than mere hearsay and opinion. This is because it is difficult to form a proper opinion on something that one has not personally experienced, but does that mean that it is impossible to form a professional opinion? One thing to note is that even though lawyers and judges tend to steer clear of the topic of opinion, legal professionals such as attorneys are still in the business of writing about their own opinions and experiences. So, what does this mean for CPE essay topics? It means that they should try to use opinions as supporting evidence for the points that they are trying to make. For example, if a judge says that it is obvious that the plaintiff is correct, then that gives the attorney more of a reason to argue that point rather than arguing that the plaintiff is wrong.Another way that you can make a topic interesting is to use controversial issues. Students can present a story about a controversial issue and try to relate it to the rest of the material that they have written. Of course, it is best if the student who presents the case has actual experience with the issue, but some outside-the-box thinking is required here.A third method that CPE essay topics can use to make their topics more interesting is to use unexpected topics. Students can try to raise an issue that the l awyer thinks is going to be highly controversial and then try to explain why it is so. For example, a group of students could raise the question of whether or not a court should get involved in the selection of a high school basketball coach. While it is obviously true that courts do occasionally get involved in making important decisions about current law, it is doubtful that a court would get involved if the topic in question involved a popular, highly publicized figure. In fact, there are arguments to be made that it would be against the very purpose of having courts review a matter like this. For example, a case where a popular person was allowed to stay in his house for a year after a judgment against him would be very contentious and may very well end up in court.Regardless of how controversial the topic is, you want to make sure that you can use the topic in your CPE essays to educate students rather than persuading them. You do not want to use controversial topics in order to make your students more willing to follow you in following your ideas. You just want to use the topic in order to get your point across in a very simple way and provide your students with a proper understanding of the underlying issues. The best way to get a topic interesting is to use any method that you think will work to attract the interest of your students. It is important that you avoid being too political in your approach so that the topic will not seem off-putting to students. Be clear about what your opinions are and provide the evidence to support your claims.
